American Financial Group, Inc. Purchases All Outstanding Shares of Marketform Group Limited

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2012-- American Financial Group, Inc. (NYSE/NASDAQ: AFG) today announced the completion of a tender offer for all outstanding shares of Marketform Group Limited (“Marketform”), increasing its ownership interest from 72% to 100%, effective August 24, 2012. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
