Mary Beth Martin
Mary Beth Martin was elected to AFG’s Board of Directors in February 2019. She is Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Corporate Governance Committee.
Until her retirement in 2025, Ms. Martin served as the Executive Director of the Farmer Family Foundation in Cincinnati, Ohio. In that role, she managed the organization’s philanthropic goals and objectives, and oversaw grant investments. Prior to joining the Farmer Family Foundation, Ms. Martin spent over 20 years in the banking and commercial real estate industries, where she led commercial real estate, private bank, trust, and asset management groups at regional banking institutions.
Ms. Martin currently serves on the Board of Directors of a number of charitable organizations, including Accelerate Great Schools, where she also serves as Secretary and Treasurer, Teach for America Southwest Ohio and Ohio Excels.
